Hirsch. The story provides a realistic view of the
inner workings of the criminal justice system through
the eyes of protagonist Circuit Court Judge Clark
Addison.

Milton Hirsch was recently featured in the documentary
film, “After Innocence”

look at the legal revolution of DNA testing and its
effect on inmates who are suddenly proven not guilty.
The movie features Wilton Dedge, a Brevard County
resident wrongly convicted of sexual battery, aggravated
battery and burglary in 1982, whom Hirsch worked to have
exonerated and released from prison in August 2004 as a
result of post-conviction DNA testing.

Milton Hirsch recently co-authored a
Criminal Benchguide for all criminal
circuit judges in the state of Florida. Hirsch, who is
the first lawyer permitted to be a co-author of such a
project, worked with former Eleventh Judicial Circuit
Court Judge Martin D. Kahn to provide a quick reference
for the more than 560 circuit court judges while in the
midst of a trial, including subjects such as procedure,
laws and statutes.
